Executive Director
Colleen Robinson Miller has been immersed in the Tessitura system since working in the Development Department at Phoenix Theatre in 2013. Since then she has used her Tess skills to advance the fundraising and development efforts of The Folger Shakespeare Library and Olney Theatre Center. While her background is in development, she has also gained experience and knowledge in other aspects of the system through box office stints as well as time spent as a Support Associate with PRAC. In addition, she previously co-chaired the Tessitura Fundraising and Development Community.

Director of Database Administration and Support Services
Katie Lachance-Duffy is the Director of Database Administration and Support Services for the Philadelphia Regional Arts Consortium. Since joining the staff in 2006, Katie has helped over 25 organizations make the move to Tessitura, as well as actively participated in the Tessitura Network community as a forum participant, contributor of over 35 shared projects with the Network, and session presenter at more than thirteen Tessitura Learning and Community Conferences. Before joining the Consortium, Katie earned degrees in both Music and Computer Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. She then worked as a point of sales developer for Destination Maternity as well as a freelance computer programmer and musician.

Tessitura Training and Support Specialist
Matt Lazorwitz has been working with Tessitura since the winter of 2002, starting out as a Box Office Representative at Princeton’s McCarter Theatre Center. After thirteen years at McCarter, he worked for PRAC, then People’s Light, and has happily returned to PRAC. A data nerd at heart, Matt loves all the different things Tessitura can do, and wants to share that passion with you.

Tessitura Specialist
Rachelle Seney is the Tessitura Specialist at the Philadelphia Regional Arts Consortium, with over a decade of experience in ticketing, arts management, and technology. In her current role, she leverages her expertise in Tessitura, project management, and customer service to support the Consortium’s initiatives. Prior to joining the Consortium, Rachelle held several leadership roles at Ensemble Arts Philly (formerly Ticket Philadelphia), where she cultivated a broad skill set in arts administration and technology. Most recently, she was appointed co-chair of the Philadelphia Regional Tessitura Community Group.

Tessitura Application Systems Analyst & Support Specialist
Mark Blome has been working in the arts since 2010 and has been using the Tessitura Software since 2015. He served as the Director of Patron Services and Tessitura Specialist at People’s Light in Malvern, PA before joining the Philadelphia Regional Arts Consortium (PRAC) in 2018. Mark currently serves as the Application Systems Analyst and Support Specialist for PRAC. In this role, he helps monitor PRAC’s shared database and ensures PRAC organizations have clean data that is free of duplicate records. He also uses his extensive experience in the software to support Tessitura users across The Consortium.
